This tandem is suitable for almost all purposes you can imagine. It can be equipped for leisure riding as well as for hard off-road use. It can be build in a folding version as well.
It was the first tandem we built from aluminium 7020 alloy, and our goal was to produce very light yet very stiff and durable tandem for mountain bike use. During the time we realized it is also a great option for all those who would like to have a pretty light tandem for many different purposes. Some use it for short one-day trips, some off-road and some for multi-day journeys or even expeditions.
This is simply our most versatile bike. Our list of component lines, options and accessories allow us to build it exactly as you need. With Shimano Alivio components and 3×8 gears or with Rohloff hub, it is perfect for long distance touring, with Big Apple tires or front suspension fork it is great for comfortable riding, and with Deore or XT components you can go for trail riding with your partner.
